Fire erupts at KU mass comm dept
A fire broke out in the University of Karachi (KU) Department of Mass Communication, partially damaging furniture and lab equipment. There was no loss of life or injury in the incident.
The fire broke out in mass comm building on Monday morning.
Upon receiving the information, 2 fire brigades of Rescue 1122 reached the spot and the team started trying to control the fire and team of Rescue 1122 controlled the fire after half an hour of effort. According to the KU administration, the fire started due to a short circuit.
