Jennifer Lopez was seen bonding with Violet Affleck, the 18-year-old daughter of her husband Ben Affleck, during a recent outing in Southampton, New York. The pair were photographed walking arm-in-arm as they arrived at 75 Main restaurant on Sunday, July 14. Accompanying them was Violet's close friend, actress Cassidey Fralin.
According to sources Lopez and Violet appeared genuinely happy in each other's company. "They both seem so happy to be spending this time together, and are just enjoying the moment," shared one insider.
Lopez chose a stylish black maxi dress for the occasion, accessorized with a Hermes Birkin bag and large aviator sunglasses, prominently displaying her wedding ring.
Meanwhile, on the same day across the country in Los Angeles, Ben Affleck, 51, was spotted riding his motorcycle solo. Clad in a black leather jacket, gloves, and a helmet, the actor-director enjoyed some leisure time amid reports of recent tensions in his marriage to Lopez. The couple had notably spent Independence Day weekend apart, sources revealed.
Violet Affleck has been actively involved in Lopez's activities during her East Coast stay. Lopez previously shared an Instagram Stories video showing her and Violet enjoying a sunny car ride together, accompanied by Fralin. The trio was seen smiling as they drove with the car roof open.
Sources also noted that Lopez and Violet had gone shopping together at Roller Rabbit in East Hampton, with Lopez described as visibly happy during the outing. They were later spotted dress shopping at LoveShackFancy in Sag Harbor.
Lopez, who continues to maintain a presence in the Hamptons, was seen driving alone on Sunday, July 14, after a workout session.
The separate sightings of Lopez and Affleck come amidst ongoing speculation about the state of their marriage, although they have been making efforts to spend quality time together, particularly with Affleck's daughter, Violet.
