Taylor Swift's second night at the Eras Tour in Milan didn't go entirely as planned when her piano suffered a glitch during a surprise song segment.

The mishap occurred as Swift transitioned into a mashup of "Getaway Car" from her album Reputation and "Out of the Woods" from 1989. The 34-year-old singer-songwriter, known for her meticulous performances, was visibly surprised when the piano malfunctioned after just starting the song.

In a light-hearted moment captured by fans on TikTok and X (formerly Twitter), Swift humorously remarked to the audience, "We have finally broken this thing," as she peered under the lid of her intricately painted piano adorned with colorful flowers. A crew member was quick to intervene and resolve the issue, prompting cheers from the crowd as Swift closed the lid and playfully announced, "Oh, I did it!"

 

Despite the unexpected hiccup, Swift continued to deliver an electrifying performance for her fans in Milan, marking her 113th concert on the ongoing Eras Tour. Earlier in the show, she delighted the audience with a blend of surprise mashups and fan-favorite tracks, including "Right Where You Left Me" from evermore and "All You Had To Do Was Stay" from 1989.

Prior to Milan, Swift had performed in Switzerland for the first time, describing the country as "stunningly beautiful" on her social media. As the European leg of her tour approaches its conclusion, Swift expressed excitement about upcoming stops in Germany, Poland, Austria, and a return to London's Wembley Stadium for multiple shows.
