Popular streamer IShowSpeed, real name Darren Watkins, had his most unexpected encounter yet when he bumped into football legend Zlatan Ibrahimovic during a visit to Milan on Tuesday night.

The American content creator, known for his live-streaming on platforms like YouTube, where he boasts over 26.1 million subscribers, has been touring Europe in recent weeks.

Speed's European adventure has seen him visiting countries like Sweden, Poland, and Norway, where he was mobbed by fans.

He also live-streamed a watchalong of the Euro 2024 quarter-final between France and Portugal, bursting into tears when his idol, Cristiano Ronaldo, was knocked out of the competition.

The 19-year-old streamer’s latest content features a memorable meeting with Ibrahimovic.

The footage shows Speed being introduced to the football star in the AC Milan dressing room. "Finally I get to meet you," Zlatan said.

"This is the real deal." Despite mispronouncing Speed's name, the Swede was genuinely happy to meet him.

Speed even attempted a one-on-one battle with Ibrahimovic, which ended humorously with the American being floored by a shoulder barge from the former Manchester United and PSG striker.

The pair later shared a taxi ride around Milan, where Zlatan was asked whether he prefers Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo.

Back in May, IShowSpeed managed to gain access to Manchester United's FA Cup after-party. Wearing his 2023/24 United shirt, Speed was at Wembley and was seen in videos having altercations with fans of both teams.

He was later invited to the after-party, where he posed for pictures with players like Marcus Rashford, Rasmus Hojlund, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Scott McTominay, and Kobbie Mainoo.

Speed and Garnacho even performed Ronaldo's iconic 'Siuuu' celebration before Speed attempted to replicate his overhead kick against Everton.

He also shared a moment with Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag, who posed for a picture but looked confused when Speed asked him to sign him.
