The actor shared memories from her first period experience in Las Vegas, revealing her mother's unconventional solution.

Body: Tori Spelling, in a recent episode of her iHeartRadio podcast "misSPELLING," recounted a memorable childhood moment involving her first menstrual cycle during a summer trip to Las Vegas at the age of 14.

Reflecting on the Fourth of July holiday, the 51-year-old actress and mother of five described how she felt unprepared compared to her friends who had already experienced menstruation.

"It was a momentous experience in Vegas that I'll never quite forget," Spelling remarked on her podcast titled "MisSinCity." She humorously recalled being excited about wearing a metallic gold bikini to the pool when her period unexpectedly started.

According to Spelling, her mother, Candy Spelling, tried to ease the situation by providing what she described as an "archaic" solution - a snap-on elastic belt meant to secure a sanitary pad. Tori expressed disbelief at the contraption, likening it to "a goddamn diaper" due to its conspicuous and bulky nature.

"My friend was hysterically laughing at me, and I was hysterically crying," Spelling recounted, describing the embarrassing moment when she realized there was no hiding the contraption beneath her swimsuit.

Despite the initial discomfort, Tori Spelling fondly reminisced about her late father Aaron Spelling's supportive reaction, who congratulated her on the milestone. Eventually, she found a creative solution by trimming the pad with her dad's razor blade, allowing her to eventually enjoy the pool, albeit after a week-long hiatus.
