Indian cricket superstar Virat Kohli has found himself embroiled in legal troubles right before his planned move to London, according to reports in the Indian media.

The Bangalore police have filed a first information report (FIR) against Kohli's One8 Commune pub, located on Kusturbha Road in Bangalore.

The FIR alleges that the pub remained open until late in the night on July 6, despite having permission to operate only until 1:30am.

According to the FIR, the police received complaints about the pub playing music at high volume. Clubs in the area are only allowed to remain open until 1am, a rule that the One8 Commune pub is accused of violating.

In addition to Kohli's pub, the police have also taken action against three other pubs in the area for similar violations.

One8 Commune pub, located near the Chinnaswamy cricket stadium, is among the pubs booked for violating the rules.
