In the preview for Bravo's upcoming season 18 premiere of 'The Real Housewives of Orange County', Shannon Beador, 60, confronts the aftermath of her 2023 DUI arrest with her daughters, Stella, Adeline, and Sophie.

Expressing deep regret for missing an important moment like dropping off Stella at college, Shannon apologized for her actions leading to her arrest.

"It was my intent to come and visit you, and because of my mistakes, I wasn't able to come," she tearfully admitted to Stella. "I'm so sorry and humiliated, and that I disappointed you."

Reflecting on her age, Shannon questioned, "Like, what kind of example am I at 59?" Her daughter Stella reassured her, emphasizing they were relieved no one was harmed and advising Shannon to take responsibility and learn from her errors.

Describing the incident that led to her arrest, Shannon recounted a heated argument with her ex John Jansen, where she claims he criticized her before she left and subsequently had a collision.

"I got in an accident seconds later, because I revved up the engine so he could know how mad I was, and I lost control of the car immediately," she explained.

According to PEOPLE, Shannon was arrested in September 2023 at 1:17 a.m. following a hit-and-run accident causing property damage in Newport Beach.

The Newport Beach Police Department cited her for DUI and hit-and-run misdemeanors, releasing her on a citation. TMZ reported she was found by police walking her dog after allegedly abandoning her vehicle in the road.

Shannon's lawyer, Michael L. Fell, expressed her remorse and readiness to take responsibility: "She is extremely apologetic and remorseful."

Catch the emotional premiere of 'The Real Housewives of Orange County' season 18 on July 11 at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
