Encroachment: Family beaten for reclaiming house

GUJRANWALA: Several encroachers attacked a family after they reclaimed their house on Wednesday. According to police officials, Sabzi Mandi Noor Madina street resident Muhammad Ikram said that his house was seized and illegally occupied by Mujahid for the past 16 years. Recently a three-member committee appeared before the chief minister’s open court and the police officials restored the house to Ikram. On Wednesday, Mujahid Kamboh and Yasir Goga broke into the house and tortured the family. Mujahid also attacked Ikram’s wife and daughter. Police officials have registered a case and taken the two men into custody.
