The reality star reportedly felt anxious, prompting her last minute decision to halt the family’s private jet.

Kylie Jenner's decision to halt her family's private plane departure has sparked controversy among the Kardashian-Jenner clan during a recent episode of The Kardashians.

The incident occurred as the reality star, 26, was set to join Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kris Jenner on a flight to Aspen, as depicted in the June 27 episode. 

Despite initial excitement about the trip, Kylie's anxiety about flying led to unexpected turbulence. 

A routine delay due to weather conditions escalated into a nearly two-hour standoff, with the pilot cautioning about visibility issues that could impact safety. 

Unwilling to proceed to Grand Junction, which she deemed unsafe for driving, Kylie expressed concerns rooted in previous accidents on Aspen roads.

"I don't like to drive in the snow... I'm not comfortable right now and I'm thinking about my kids," explained Kylie, who shares two children with ex Travis Scott.

Ultimately, Kylie's mounting anxiety prompted her to request the plane to stop taxiing, opting to disembark against the wishes of her family. 

This decision drew criticism from Kendall Jenner, who characterized Kylie's behavior as part of a recurring pattern, lamenting her ability to evade family commitments.

Despite the drama, the rest of the family eventually made it to Aspen without incident, while Kylie's next steps remained uncertain.
