Conor McGregor, intrigued by the viral sensation of the "Hawk Tuah" girl, took to social media in an attempt to uncover her true identity.

The girl gained massive attention after a street interview video went viral, captivating viewers with her candid response.

McGregor, currently sidelined from UFC 303 due to a toe injury, posted a tweet which he later deleted, asking, "Have we located Hawk Tuah yet?"

The search led McGregor to follow what he believed was the girl's account, @halieywelch23, on Instagram.

However, it was later discovered that this account was likely fake. The @halieywelch23 account, created in August 2023, posted its first suspicious content just five days ago, featuring a photo of the "Hawk Tuah" girl alongside her friend Chelsea Bradford, originally sourced from Bradford's VSCO account.

As of now, the @halieywelch23 Instagram account has been deleted, adding another twist to the ongoing saga.
