Court orders asset seizure, ID blocking of YouTubers including Adil Raja

Raja, Shaheen Sehbai, Moeed Pirzada, Sabir Shakir, Haider Mehdi, and Wajahat S Khan declared absconders

An anti-terrorism court in Islamabad has ordered the seizure of properties and blocking of identity cards for YouTubers Adil Raja, Shaheen Sehbai, Moeed Pirzada, Sabir Shakir, Haider Mehdi, and Wajahat S Khan. These individuals have been declared absconders in a case of incitement and provocation to violence.

The court has directed the Deputy Commissioner to confiscate both movable and immovable properties of the absconders. Additionally, the court instructed the Chairman of NADRA to block their identity cards and NICOPs, and the Director General of FIA to block their passports.

The court has requested a compliance report within 15 days and has recorded the prosecution witnesses' statements against the accused.

The court, led by Judge Tahir Abbas Supra, has set a deadline of July 10 for all relevant departments to submit their compliance reports and issued written orders accordingly.
