The FIA and Anti-Corruption Establishment Punjab have issued call-up notices to Sabir Hameed alias Sabir Mithu, father-in-law of former army chief Gen (retd) Qamar Javed Bajwa’s son, and his two associates for allegedly acquiring illegal assets.

According to the notices, Sabir as well as two other businessmen, Chaudhry Ashraf and Hamid Mushtaq, have been summoned to appear before the Anti-Corruption Establishment’s office on June 26.

Similarly, the FIA has summoned Sabir and Ashraf on June 27. The agency has called Mushtaq to appear before it on June 28.
