Cardi B criticizes military draft: ‘These TikTok kids aren't ready for war’

'These TikTok kids aren't going to fight in no war. You might as well keep investing in your guns,' says Cardi B.

Cardi B, known for her outspoken political commentary, recently voiced her concerns about a newly passed congressional bill that automatically registers men aged 18 to 26 for the military draft. 

The Bronx rapper took to social media to express her skepticism about the current generation's readiness for war, suggesting a significant disconnect between today's youth and those who were drafted in the past.

"So I just read an article saying that the House just passed a bill that they're going to automatically register men from 18 to 26 for war," Cardi B began. 

"Okay? And all I wanna say is, to America, good luck with that. These new little n***as are TikTokers, baby. These motherf***ers ain't going to fight in no war. You gon' die! You might as well just keep motherf***ing investing money in y'all guns. 'Cause these new kids?"

Continuing her critique, Cardi B added, "You want to send these new kids to fight these wars? The TikTok f***ing hip-shakers? This is a new America, baby, this ain't the 19-motherf***ing... No, like, seriously, you gonna draft these kids that be TikToking all day to fight them, what, most likely what, them Russians? Them motherf***ers that be fighting bears and s**t, and motherf***ing clammy monsters to go to school and whatever? I got some news for you motherf***ers."

Beyond her political remarks, Cardi B is also embroiled in a personal feud, though this conflict is more of a verbal sparring match than a physical one. 

Her ongoing beef with fellow rapper BIA has captivated fans, who are eagerly awaiting Cardi B's response, potentially in the form of a "very mean" track she hinted at recently. 

Whether this new music is related to the feud remains to be seen, but it certainly adds another layer to the rapper's dynamic 2024.
