Data miners have found evidence of a potential ‘Kingdom Hearts’ collaboration in ‘Fortnite,’ according to the leaker ShiinaBR.
Midori, a trusted SEGA leaker, informed other leakers about discovering this unreleased crossover. They confirmed its existence within the game, though ShiinaBR emphasised that it remains a rumour due to the lack of additional supporting evidence.
The collaboration's complexity arises from the fact that many Kingdom Hearts characters are owned by Disney, making copyright acquisition more challenging.
Should the collaboration be confirmed, it is expected that various characters and items from Kingdom Hearts would be introduced to ‘Fortnite.’ As this remains a preliminary leak, no release date has been announced, and it may be some time before any official confirmation.
‘Fortnite’ Chapter 5 Season 3 already features several high-profile video game collaborations, including Fallout cosmetics and Lethal Company items. The ‘Kingdom Hearts’ collaboration rumour was shared by ShiinaBR on X, noting that Midori first mentioned it last May and has recently reiterated its existence.

In a group chat, they have again said this collab is "real" and does exist ‼️
But this info should still be treated as a rumor, given recent controversy regarding the leaker pic.twitter.com/uh35hRKPTO
In February 2024, Disney invested $1.5 billion in ‘Fortnite’ creator Epic Games to develop new games and expand Disney's entertainment universe. While the ‘Kingdom Hearts’ collaboration remains speculative, the partnership between Disney and Epic Games suggests potential for the franchise to join ‘Fortnite’ in the future.
