Pupils to get tracksuits from upcoming session

In a bid to promote sports activities and encourage physical fitness among young students, the Federal Ministry of Education has announced that all primary school students in the Federal System of Education will be provided with tracksuits from the next session.

According to details, this step is part of broader education reforms undertaken by the Federal Ministry of Education. Secretary Education Mohiuddin Ahmed Wani said, "It is a pleasure to announce that under the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), every primary school student will get a tracksuit in the coming session.”

Wani emphasised that the aim is to foster a healthy body and mind by encouraging students to engage in sports activities. "We want our young students to be sportspersons," he said, highlighting the importance of physical activity in early childhood education.

The initiative is designed to ensure that every primary school student under the FDE will receive a tracksuit. This measure aims to instil a passion for sports and physical activities among young students, laying a strong foundation for a healthy lifestyle.
