Rihanna, the singer and beauty mogul, is getting candid about her postpartum hair loss journey. In a recent interview with Refinery29, the "Diamonds" singer revealed that she experienced unexpected hair loss in waves after giving birth to her sons Rza and Riot.

"I didn’t expect it to happen in waves. I thought it would just happen and grow back,” said the 36-year-old Grammy winner. She described the experience as something “not on the pamphlet” for post-pregnancy and admitted to feeling frustrated when her hair started falling out in patches.

However, Rihanna embraced the challenge and used it as an opportunity to get "more creative and clever" with her hairstyles. She has since been seen sporting various looks, from high ponytails and long curls to honey blonde bangs and layers, while also embracing her natural curls in public.

This experience inspired Rihanna to launch Fenty Hair, a new line of reparative and strengthening hair care products designed to address the needs of all hair types. The line includes shampoos, conditioners, and other hair treatments formulated to promote healthy hair growth and repair damage.

During the Fenty Hair launch party, Rihanna revealed that creating the haircare line was a challenging but rewarding process. She wanted to ensure that the products were not only effective but also aligned with her own hair routine and the needs of her diverse fanbase.

"Evolving as a woman and even as an artist, hair has been such a huge part of that and a reflection of whatever I'm feeling," she shared. "So, it changes a lot and my hair goes through a lot. Making this brand, I had to consider all of those things. I want to look fly, but I want my hair to be healthy. How do I do that? All of my products need to strengthen and repair while I'm out just being fabulous.”

With Fenty Hair, Rihanna aims to empower individuals to express themselves through their hair while ensuring it remains healthy and strong. The line is now available for purchase, offering a wide range of products to cater to different hair needs and preferences.
