WATCH: Nigel Farage hit with milkshake by protester on first day of campaign

Milkshake mayhem ensues as Brexit leader Nigel Farage becomes the target of a rogue protester.

In a bizarre incident, Nigel Farage's political campaign took a sticky turn when a rogue milkshake was hurled at the Brexit Party leader in Clacton, England. 

The chilly McDonald’s beverage bombshell left Farage looking like a dairy-drenched dictator, with his signature suit splattered in chocolatey goodness.

According to The Telegraph, as the former UKIP leader dodged the sweet surprise, his entourage scrambled to salvage the situation (and his soggy attire). Witnesses described the scene as "udder chaos" and "a real moo-ment of madness." When asked for comment, Farage quipped, "I guess you could say I'm now a 'shaken, not stirred' politician!"

The milkshake militant, who later gave her name as Victoria, told the BBC she had not come to the event to throw the drink but did so because Farage “did not stand” for her. Witnesses at the scene reported that Victoria shouted "you're a disgrace to democracy!" before making a quick escape with an empty milkshake cup in hand.

Farage's team has released a statement assuring supporters that the incident will not dampen their spirits or slow down their campaign momentum. In fact, sources close to the campaign whisper that Farage is already plotting his next move – a possible pivot to a dairy-free political platform? "We're considering adding a 'Lactose Intolerance' plank to our manifesto," a senior aide joked. "After all, who needs milkshakes when you have the people's support?" Stay tuned!
