Zachary Quinto banned from Toronto’s Manita for yelling “like an entitled child”

The restaurant shared to their Instagram stories: “Zachary Quinto - an amazing Spock, but a terrible customer.”

Toronto’s Ossington restaurant, Manita has banned Zachary Quinto, alleging he 'shouted at staff' and caused a host to cry.

As per an Instagram post by the venue on Sunday, the 47-year-old Hollywood actor, renowned for his role as Spock in the Star Trek series, behaved like an “entitled child.”

“Yelled at our staff like an entitled child after he didn't reply to two texts to inform him his table was ready and refused to believe the empty tables in the dining room weren't available for him despite being politely informed they were spoken for.”

“Made our host cry and the rest of our brunch diners uncomfortable. Mr. Quinto, take your bad vibes somewhere else, we have many lovely celebrities join us at Manita but you are NOT one of them,” the establishment concluded.

According to the restaurant's official website, Manita is recognized as a “neighborhood cafe, grocery and bar.”

The bistro, described as “Mediterranean-ish bistro” serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, featuring dishes such as Avocado Toast and Mushroom Croque Madame on the menu.

The purported occurrence coincides with Zachary's visit to Canada to mark his 47th birthday, which also fell on Sunday, June 2.

In addition to celebrating his 47th birthday, Zachary is gearing up for the debut of his upcoming medical drama called "Brilliant Minds," set to air on NBC Mondays at 10:00 p.m., as reported by The Hollywood Reporter.
