Kelly Clarkson is known for her powerful vocals and ability to cover any song, but could she have been outdone by Marnie and Desi from "Girls"? The actors behind the characters, Allison Williams and Ebon Moss-Bachrach, recently reunited seven years after the show's finale and spilled a musical secret.

"I found out the other day that most of our songs were discards from Kelly Clarkson," Moss-Bachrach revealed, to which Williams corrected, "I think some of them were. I think the song 'Breathless' was written by Jack Antonoff for Kelly Clarkson."

Antonoff, who dated "Girls" creator Lena Dunham during the show's run, wrote several songs for Marnie and Desi. Williams acknowledged the quality of the song, saying, "It's a great song; she should've done it. But we got it as a result."

While it's unlikely that Kelly Clarkson will be releasing any demos of Marnie and Desi's songs, the revelation has sparked interest in a potential "Girls" reunion tour. Could we see Marnie and Desi back on stage, belting out their unique brand of folk-pop? Only time will tell.
