Nicki Minaj is set to perform at Co-Op Live soon, with fans only having to wait only a few more days.

Eager fans were disappointed when her show on Saturday, May 25, was canceled due to her arrest in Amsterdam.

The "Anaconda" singer was detained at Schiphol Airport for six hours on suspicion of possessing soft drugs before heading to the UK.

Although the venue initially claimed the event was only delayed by a few hours, it was ultimately canceled.

Minaj issued a sincere apology, and fans were reminded of the venue's troubled history with multiple cancellations.

Manchester's Co-Op Live has faced controversy before.

Originally slated to open in April 2024 with a Rick Astley trial event, the venue's grand opening with comedian Peter Kay was postponed hours before his show, the Mirror noted.

The venue's US developer, Oak View Group, cited a "commitment to safety" as the reason for the delay.

However, the following day, further postponements were announced for both Peter Kay's and The Black Keys' performances.

Minaj reassured her fans on X, formerly known as Twitter, that her performance will take place on June 3rd.

Fans quickly commented on Nicki's post, happy that she already had another date lined-up for them.

However, some fans did blame Nicky Minaj for the delay.
