Actor Jeremy Renner, aged 53, shared insights into his remarkable recovery journey following a near-fatal snowplow accident on New Year's Day 2023.

Renner attributed his progress to his 11-year-old daughter, Ava, describing her as his "life force" and the driving force behind his recovery.

In an interview with ET's Kevin Frazier, Renner expressed gratitude for Ava's support, stating, "All I have to do is get better for her." He emphasized the transformative impact of their bond, noting that Ava emerged as a "much stronger young woman" through the experience.

The actor endured severe injuries in the accident, including multiple broken ribs, limbs, and a collapsed lung, totaling over 30 fractures.

Despite the daunting recovery process, Renner remained determined, documented by his gradual return to physical activity and his commitment to spending quality time with Ava.

Reflecting on their discussions during his hospitalization, Renner highlighted the significance of their bond and shared moments of growth, including attending school events and filming a Super Bowl commercial together.
