Four siblings of Alkozay family still missing

Four brothers of the well-known Alkozay business family, who were kidnapped by unidentified persons in police uniform from Hayatabad in February this year, remains missing despite all the efforts of the Peshawar police.

The family has written a letter to the army chief requesting assistance in the safe recovery of the four siblings. The family has a sprawling business empire spanning over 34 countries in the world.

The four brothers Muhammad Tahir Alkozay, Osman Aklozay, Abdul Waris Alkozy and Muhammad Nasir Alkozay were taken away by armed men on February 28 from their residence in Hayatabad Phase 1.

Police has obtained the CCTV footage of the incident in which armed men in police and civilian uniform could be seen.

The ladies of the families have accused in the letter that soon after the incident they approached the Hayatabad police station but it refused to register the FIR due to unknown reasons.

When contacted, police told The Express Tribune that an FIR has been registered in the case and a special investigation team has been formed which has been tasked with the investigation of the case from all aspects.
