Lana Del Rey furiously responds to fan page calling her a ‘reverse Cinderella’: “F**k you”

Lana Del Rey recently commented on a post by a fan page describing her as a “reverse Cinderella.”

The post, featuring two pictures of a younger Del Rey, read, “lana del rey is a reverse cinderella. a rich hollister model who dreamt of one day escaping to a life of trailer parks, abuse & depression.”

The “Summertime Sadness” singer did not hesitate to comment, writing, “F**k you,” and later adding, “Switch it and reverse it you piece of sh*t.”

Del Rey’s comments have since been deleted from the post, prompting further backlash from other fans online.

One fan wrote, “Don’t delete the comments, delete ur whole page XoXo.” 

Another added, “you need to delete this post right now. The fact that you think making a joke about someone's depression and suffering is funny and and its okay is very insensitive of you.”

Some commenters came to the fan page’s defense, “stop overreacting, this person is obviously a fan and has feelings and didn’t mean it in a negative way.”
