Music producer Benny Blanco is setting his sights on having a baby with his girlfriend, Selena Gomez.
During a Tuesday appearance on SiriusXM's “The Howard Stern Show,” Blanco expressed his desire to take his relationship with singer Selena Gomez to the next level, revealing he thinks about having children with her “every day.”
“That’s my next goal, to check the box,” the chef said about having children.
The “I Can't Get Enough” collaborator, 36, admitted his fondness for being around kids, “I have a ton of godkids; I’ve got a ton of nephews. I love being around kids.”
However, Blanco remained tight-lipped when pressed about proposing to Gomez, 31. While host Howard Stern predicted marriage is in the cards, Blanco simply replied, “You and me both.”
The interview also offered a glimpse into the couple's early days. Blanco shared a funny anecdote about their first date, revealing he was initially unaware it was a date.
“I remember sitting there and she’s like, ‘Well, I would have worn something different for this date,’ and I was like, ‘What? We’re on a date?,’ he recalled.
He went on to praise Gomez's personality, calling her “the coolest, the nicest, the sweetest” and his “best friend.”
Gomez confirmed their six-month relationship in December 2023, showering Blanco with compliments and publicly displaying their affection on social media. The pair have known each other for years, having collaborated on a song together in 2019.
This revelation follows the recent announcement of Gomez's ex, Justin Bieber, expecting his first child with wife Hailey.
