Weston Cage, son of actor Nicolas Cage, is under investigation by LAPD for allegedly assaulting his mother, Christina Fulton.

According to TMZ, Fulton was seen with a black eye and facial bruises following an incident at her home on April 28th.

The altercation reportedly began as a verbal argument that escalated into physical violence. Though emergency services arrived, Fulton did not require hospitalization.

Law enforcement is currently determining if the case will be classified as felony battery. Weston, 33, was not present when officers arrived at the scene.

Fulton, 56, reportedly sought to help her son through a difficult emotional time. However, through an intermediary, she has denied the allegations and requested privacy.

In a separate lawsuit filed in November 2023, Weston and Fulton joined forces to accuse Weston's estranged wife, Hila Arounian, of financial wrongdoing and attempting to isolate Weston from his family.

The lawsuit alleges Arounian embezzled $100,000 and obtained a fraudulent restraining order to prevent Fulton and Nicolas Cage from seeing Weston's twin daughters.

While both Weston and Fulton filed separate legal actions, Fulton's lawsuit specifically claimed Arounian was “emotionally abusive” and manipulative.

Weston's lawsuit also accused Arounian of exploiting him during a period of mental health struggles. Arounian has not responded publicly to these accusations.

The couple share twin daughters, Cyress and Venice, while Weston has two other sons, Lucian and Sorin, from previous relationships.
