Special Assistant to the Chief Minister of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa on Industries, Commerce, and Technical Education, Abdul Karim Tordhair, has articulated a strong aspiration to secure accreditation from Thailand’s Gems Technology Institute, aiming to elevate the standards of gems technology in the region to meet global benchmarks.

Addressing as the chief guest at a training workshop orchestrated by the National Productivity Organization (NPO) at the Gems and Jewelry Centre, established under the aegis of the Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) in Hayatabad, Tordhair outlined ambitious plans to proliferate Gems Centers across various locales within the province. Moreover, he extended an offer of space at the Small Industries Development Board (SIDB)’s exhibition center in Islamabad to Thai experts keen on venturing into the gym business.

Emphasizing the pivotal role of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in regional economic ascendancy, Tordhair underscored the vast expanse of lucrative opportunities available for foreign investors across diverse sectors.

He underscored the indispensable necessity for fostering mutual contacts.
