Get ready for a scandalous season of "Bridgerton"! Stars Nicola Coughlan (Penelope Featherington) and Luke Newton (Colin Bridgerton) teased some seriously steamy moments in season 3, and the chemistry is so hot they wouldn't even dream of watching alongside their grandmothers.
"We won't watch it with our nans," Newton quipped during an interview with The Sunday Project. Coughlan wholeheartedly agreed, confessing she even skips certain scenes when her own mother watches the show.
While they're keeping their families in the dark, Newton did reveal that season 3 "gets very romantic" for Colin and Penelope.
Fans eager for the friends-to-lovers trope to finally unfold won't be disappointed. "We throw everything into this season, for sure," Newton added.
