Additional District and Sessions Judge Central has issued notices to SSP Complainant Cell Central and SHO Federal B Area Police Station on a request to register a case related to alleged sexual harassment of a woman working in a private shopping mall.

A plea is heard to register a case related to the reported sexual harassment of a woman working in a private shopping mall in Karachi. Liaquat Ali Khan Gabol Advocate, advocate of the petitioner, stated that his client has been working in this shopping mall for four years due to financial instability. Khurshid Bibi was verbally abused by Imran and Ali. She was threatened and dragged by arms and hair. Security guard was also involved with them. He snatched petitioner's service card and locked her in the room. Her husband reached the spot, recorded the video and called the police on 15. The next day Khurshid Bibi was kicked out of the mall by the staff. They made request to the police for taking action but no case was filed. The victim woman was threatened to be fired from her job by the accused men.

The court issued a notice to the SSP Complainant Cell Central and SHO Federal B Industrial Area Police Station and sought a report.
