The Palestinian resistance group Hamas accused rivals with the Palestinian Authority of sending security officers into northern Gaza under cover of securing aid trucks, the Gaza Hamas-run interior ministry said.

A senior Hamas interior ministry official told the group's Al-Aqsa TV, that the force's mission was supervised by Majed Faraj, the Palestinian Authority's chief of intelligence

It said six members of the force, who escorted aid trucks coming through the Rafah crossing with Egypt, were arrested and police forces were in pursuit to round up all other members.

"The suspicious security force that entered yesterday with Egyptian Crescent trucks coordinated its operations entirely with the (Israeli) occupation forces,” the Hamas official said, without providing evidence. The Red Crescent is the Islamic equivalent of the Red Cross.

The statement by the so-called Hamas interior ministry over the aid entry into Gaza Strip is incorrect," a Palestinian Authority official in Ramallah, in the Israeli-occupied West Bank, said in a statement.

The official, referring to the Israel war on Gaza, said the authority wasn't interested in an exchange of media comments that would divert attention from "the suffering of our people in Gaza Strip, and the killing, starvation, and displacement they are living through."

The statement posted by Hamas' Al-Aqsa TV on its Telegram accounts said police officers and fighters of militant factions were instructed to treat any forces that entered Gaza without coordination with them as an "occupation force."

The Palestinian resistance group Hamas seized control in Gaza in 2007, a year after sweeping elections, following a brief civil war with Palestinian Authority (PA) security forces, reducing the PA's rule to the Israeli-occupied West Bank. Efforts to reconcile the two sides have so far failed over thorny power-sharing issues.

Hamas leaders vowed any attempt to exclude the group from Gaza rule after the war ended was "delusional."

Rebirth | 5 months ago | Reply The world is collectively waging a war against the Israelites be it in West Asia or in South Asia. Specifically of concern are the Israelites destroying our urban planning and public transport in Karachi and also their occupation of the cities of Quetta and Peshawar. We have been very docile and defensive in our military strategy. There will come a time when the war against the Israelites will have to be waged in the only country they re a majority in outside of the occupied territories of Lebanon Jordan and Egypt. That country is Afghanistan. If there isn t another Zarb-i Azb which is a very unique and odd mix of Persian and Arabic inside Afghan territories especially Kunar Kandahar and Paktika where the name Pakhtun comes from in the Sanskrit language Pakistan will become another Palestine. There mustn t be any cities or provinces named after the historical places mentioned in the Mahabharata. The province of Paktika is an example. That must change. The entire country needs to get behind our political and real estate armed forces to encourage them to conduct another operation as they successfully did in North Waziristan. They need to simultaneously send all Afghans back to Afghanistan especially from our major urban cities. They must do their part-time recreational job of fighting wars. It would take away time from their day job of engaging in political activities and real estate projects but they will have to sacrifice their time for the sake of our country. We need a permanent military diplomatic and possibly a bureaucratic presence in these bordering provinces because they have shown their inability to rule themselves while they re also destroying others. Any future constitutional amendment like the most recent one must include the Provincial Finance Commission and also declare the bordering Afghan provinces a part of Pakistan. If FATA could be included what s the difference there It s an existential problem for our nation. Any Internally Displaced People from these areas must be settled further North in Afghanistan and not within our country. The implied threats that all of Afghanistan will unite against us as they did against the Soviet Union and the US are empty and pointless. These lands were ruled by our ancestors for centuries. Look at the map of the Ghaznavid Timurid and Mughal Sultanates. Why should it be any different now Does anyone genuinely believe that an illegitimate cross breed of Hindus and Jews are going to overthrow the heirs of those Sultanates If so they will be proven wrong.
