Advisor to the Chief Minister of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Mashal Azam Yousafzai, announced the imminent establishment of separate directorates for special education and women empowerment, alongside a pledge to raise the quota for disabled individuals in government employment by 10 percent. Addressing attendees at the annual prize distribution ceremony held at the Special Education Complex in Hayatabad, Peshawar, Yousafzai emphasized the importance of ensuring education for all special children, expressing plans to secure rental buildings to accommodate those currently out of school.

Yousafzai, attending as a guest, distributed prizes and shields to students who excelled throughout the academic year, acknowledging the dedication of parents of special children. She credited her success to the unwavering support of her parents.
