Johnny Depp has responded to allegations of verbal abuse made by his former costar, Lola Glaudini.

In a January 30 podcast with Powerful Truth Angels, that recently resurfaced, Glaudini alleged that Depp was verbally abusive on the set of the 2001 drama "Blow."

She said the incident occurred after she had followed the instructions given by the movie's director Ted Demme, who had told her to laugh during a monologue delivery by Depp.

"Johnny Depp, when they say 'Cut,' walks over to me, comes up to me, sticks his finger in my face ... and he goes, 'Who the f--- do you think you are? Who the f--- do you think you are? Shut the f--- up! I'm out here, and I'm trying to f---ing say my lines, and you're f---ing pulling focus.'

Glaudini said Depp had later offered “a non-apology apology” the same day.

In a statement given to Deadline magazine, a representative for Depp said, "The actor always prioritises good working relationships with cast and crew and this recounting differs greatly from the recollection of other members on set at the time."
