‘PPP to build 2m houses for flood-hit people’

PPP vows for better future for farmers and peasants

HYDERABAD:

Aseefa Bhutto Zardari on Tuesday said that the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) charter of economy will help to alleviate poverty and create numerous employment opportunities for the people.

While addressing a rally in Badin district she urged the people to PPP candidates on February 8.

She told the farmers and the peasants not to worry about their future because the PPP has made plans for their better days.

She asserted that the party always materialised its promises. "All the points contained in the charter of economy will also be implemented if the PPP formed the federal government," she said. "We promise that we will build two million houses for the flood-hit people and three million homes in the rest of the country [for the poor people]." She reiterated PPP's committment that up to 300 units of free solar electricity will be given to the targeted communities.
