Engr Hafiz Naeemur Rehman, the head of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi, inaugurated the 'Chrysanthemum Flower Show,' showcasing over 5,000 flowers at Bag-e-Rizwan in Karachi's Gulbarg Town on Thursday.
The exhibition, a gift to Karachiites from Gulbarg Town Chairman Nusratullah and the parks department, offers free entry to all for the four-day event. During the inauguration, JI Karachi Ameer dedicated the flower exhibition to the martyrs of Palestine and highlighted JI's commitment to serving Karachiites.
He announced plans to inaugurate 200 parks in the next 25 days across JI-run towns. Emphasising effective cleanliness, he urged the government to place water and sewerage authority under towns and union committees.
