The land mafia has illegally occupied the land of a cemetery in Landhi. Citizen Muhammad Nawaz Khan has filed a petition in Sindh High Court through Usman Farooq Advocate, against the occupation.
The petition maintained that the land has been occupied under the patronage of police and other agencies. The land grabbers have occupied 47 acres of land with the support of people in the government. Land grabbers have started illegal construction on Haider Shaheed graveyard.

Many applications were given to other higher authorities but no action has been taken. The High Court has been requested to issue an order to demolish the illegal construction.
