At least nine people died, whereas 1,307 were injured in 1,190 Road Traffic Crashes (RTCs) across Punjab during the last 24 hours.
Out of these, 588 people with serious injuries were shifted to different hospitals, while 719 victims with minor injuries were treated at the incident site by Rescue Medical Teams.

The majority (74%) involved motorbikes. Furthermore, the analysis showed that 655 drivers, 37 underage drivers, 146 pedestrians, and 515 passengers were among the victims of road traffic crashes.
The statistics show that 257 RTCs were reported in Lahore which affected 292 persons placing the Provincial Capital at top of the list followed by 80 in Faisalabad with 79 victims and at third Multan with 73 RTCs and 73 victims.
