A child got injured when a motorcyclist ran over him near Meera Hejam area within the limits of Police Station Lassan Nawab.
According to sources, a motorcyclist ran over a child who was heading home from school, resulting in a broken leg and severe injuries.
He was transported to Mansehra in a critical condition. Such incidents are becoming common in the vicinity of the Lassan Nawab police station.
Sources revealed that lack of competence on the part of Lassan Nawab’s SHO Saad Amir Hussain is contributing to the deterioration in the maintenance of law and order.
There have also been instances where police have undertaken spurious investigations, leading to the unjust apprehension of innocent civilians.
