Khadija was arrested on Friday for the fifth time since the May 9 riots on the orders of the Lahore deputy commissioner, just a day after an anti-terrorism court approved her post-arrest bail. On the DC’s orders, the PTI supporter has been detained for 30 days under Section 3 of the Maintenance of Public Order Ordinance.

According to the order, Lahore Cantonment Division superintendent of police and district intelligence branch recommended Khadija’s detention under Section 3 of MPO for 30 days.
