KARACHI:

The Anti Human Trafficking Cell of FIA in Karachi during a raid apprehended an individual involved in human trafficking. The perpetrator deceived citizens by falsely promising overseas employment opportunities and extorting millions of rupees from them.

The raid was supervision by Deputy Director AntiHuman Trafficking Circle, Bahawal Ostu. The detained individual, Attaur Rehman, was engaged in the reprehensible crime of human trafficking, obtaining passports from innocent citizens without the necessary licensing, all under the pretext of facilitating employment abroad.

The arrest occurred in the Korangi Road area of Karachi. The raiding team also recovered passports from the possession of the accused. Ongoing investigations aim to delve deeper into the matter, and additional raids are being conducted to apprehend other people involved in this illegal activity.
