KURIANWALA:

Two suspects were arrested for alleged unauthorized use of a government’s ambulance.

A case was registered against the suspects
on the complaint lodged by the district deputy health officer.

The DDHO of Samandri, Dr. Ghulam Mustafa, in the case filed with the City Samandri Police Station, raised concerns over the unauthorised use of a government ambulance.

According to the report, Mohtasham Ali, the driver of a government ambulance, was found allegedly engaged in using the ambulance for transporting boxes of tea to different retail shops, in partnership with Muhammad Yousuf, a resident of Ghulam Muhammad Abad.

Driver Mohtsham Ali was detained and questioned, but he failed to provide any satisfactory explanation on the charges leveled against him.

Additionally, medicines and other items were also allegedly found inside the ambulance. Police were interrogating the suspect.
