GUJRANWALA:

Police claimed to have solved the mystery of the body of a woman they had found in a sack a week ago.

Police alleged that the killers of the woman were happened to be her relatives.

A week ago, the People's Colony Police Station received information that a sack was lying on the Kangniwala Bridge. Blood was leaking from the sack.

Police arrived on the spot where the sack had been lying. Inside the sack, there was the body of the woman.

Police surmised that the body had been two days’ old. The woman's identity could not be known initially.

The body was sent to the hospital for a postmortem examination, where the lady police saw injuries on the woman's body in the presence of a lady doctor.

In the meantime, it came to light that a mobile phone number was written on the hand of the deceased.

The police called the number and found that it was the victim's son who reached the police station and identified the deceased.

The police took all the details and registered a case.

The deceased was identified as Kausar Bibi. Police said that the woman used to run a beauty parlour in the Middle East.

Police said that Kausar Bibi had offered a job to a relative of hers, Alizay, wife of Shamshad. The couple was in debt. Police said the deceased told Alizay that she would give her a job in the beauty parlour and that she would make good money.

Alizay agreed to go with her after taking her husband's permission.

Alizay told the police that Kausar Bibi had been her cousin as well, and she took her to a housing society in Rawalpindi where she had had an apartment.

As soon as they reached there, Kausar Bibi allegedly took her mobile phone and said that she would send Alizay to the Middle East, and that she just had to acquire the skills to be able to work at the beauty parlour.

Alizay told the police that at night, she sent some men to her room who raped her and this continued for four days.

Her condition deteriorated. She and two other girls pleaded to Kausar to let them go but she didn’t budge. Somehow, they managed to escape.

Alizay told the police that she told everything to her husband.

Her treatment continued for several days at a hospital.

Alizay said that Kausar had been busy in making arrangements for sending Alizay to the Middle East.

Alizay told the police that her husband and son wanted to exact a revenge for what Kausar had done to Alizay.
