Information on officers under probe sought

The Sindh Local Government and Housing Planning Department has issued a letter in response to the directives from the Caretaker Minister for Local Government and Housing, M. Mubin Jamani.

The letter requests information regarding officers currently under investigation by various institutions. The concerned departments have been instructed to furnish these details within two days.

Specifically, the letter calls for information about officers facing inquiries initiated by courts, as well as those being investigated by NAB and anti-corruption organisations, for corruption-related matters. Furthermore, details about officers who have engaged in plea bargains and officers currently on bail are also requested.
