ISLAMABAD:

The Islamabad Club has challenged the order of the Pakistan Information Commission (PIC) to provide details to a citizen regarding the area of the club, its lease agreement and the lease payment in the Islamabad High Court.

In the petition filed by the club’s management, it has been stated that the Islamabad Club is not a public body and it does not receive any funds from the government.

“A petition regarding the status of the Islamabad Club is already pending before the IHC,” the petition argued.
