Following the latest professional debacle in the Pakistani fashion and beauty space, actors Saboor Aly and Mansha Pasha have come out in support of Nabila Salon makeup artist Bryan William. Both the Pakistani showbiz divas have worked with Bryan, a celebrity makeup artist, in a professional capacity on multiple occasions.

The duo took to their Instagram Stories to express their anger and hurt over the incident where Bryan was "physically assaulted by armed men" on the set of a shoot simply for refusing to safekeep a model’s belongings.

The Laal Kabootar star condemned the attack on her friend and colleague and stated that she had worked with Bryan countless times, so much so, that he was her favourite makeup artist at the famous salon. “I’ve personally worked with Bryan for many years—he has done my makeup for countless shoots, shows, interviews. Everyone knows he is my favourite MUA at Nabilas. It horrifies me that someone would think themselves so superior that they would resort to violence," she wrote in an Instagram Story.

Mansha went on to assert that "no matter what the disagreement, that is just blatant ghundaghardi and there is no place for it in our work." And the fact that someone beat up her friend makes her "so angry." She also slammed model Robina Khan Shah after coming across her version of events. “I’m sorry to say, you just proved him right by your actions. Mother, wife, whatever is no excuse for any of this." Mansha referenced the beginning of Robina’s statement where she had proclaimed herself to be a professional model, mother, and wife.

Saboor also wrote a short note on her Instagram as a way to support her friend and denounce the breakout of a feud that escalated into physical violence.

"There's no justification for physical or verbal abuse. I'm so sorry you went through this. Just know you're amazing, my favourite, and I love you so much,” wrote the Parizaad actor as she posted a screenshot of Bryan’s Instagram Story where he had shared details about the conflict that had broken out on the set of a photoshoot for fashion designer Mina Hasan.

Actor Komal Aziz also reposted a news story naming and shaming Robina’s husband, the person who had instigated the attack against the renowned makeup artist. “Another day in Pakistan where ‘rich men’ with daddy’s money think they can do whatever the hell they want,” wrote Komal, pointing to the superiority mindset and strong sense of entitlement that wealthy men often possess, which embolden them to carry out such vile acts.
