Google's Pixel Watch 2 gets major upgrades as it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset from the latest "W5" generation.

With the help of the new chip, the Pixel Watch 2 will have better battery life. The battery will be able to last the whole day with always-on display (AOD) mode enabled. The previous models did not support AOD mode.

Regarding the specs, Pixel Watch 2 has similar health sensors to that of Fitbit Sense 2. With this new addition of sensors, Pixel Watch 2 will be able to monitor all-day body response, stress management, and sense skin temperature.

Since there are many complaints regarding the battery life and limited health features on Pixel watches, the new upgrades are quite promising.

Pixel Watch 2 is set to arrive this fall along with the launch of Pixel 8.
