Bollywood actor Parineeti Chopra opened up on how she found the love of her life in AAP party leader Raghav Chadha. Sharing pictures from her engagement ceremony, she revealed that all it took was one breakfast together to know that she’ll marry him.

“When you know, you know,” wrote Parineeti on Instagram on Sunday as she shared a series of pictures from her engagement with Raghav. “One breakfast together and I knew – I had met the one. The most wonderful man whose quiet strength would be calming, peaceful, and inspiring. His support, humour, wit, and friendship are pure joy. He is my home,” she exclaimed.

The Ishqzaade actor went on to describe their engagement party as a dream come true, filled with love, laughter, emotions, and lots of dancing. “As a little girl in awe of princess stories, I had imagined how my fairy-tale would begin. Now that it has, it is even better than I had imagined,” she added with an abundance of heart emojis to express her “overflowing happiness.”

The pictures showcased glimpses into their grand engagement party and also included an adorable one where her cousin Priyanka Chopra Jonas applied a tilak on Raghav's forehead. Another picture saw the couple surrounded by Parineeti's brothers, Shivang and Sahaj, while a third captured an emotional Parineeti tightly holding onto Raghav's arm.

Parineeti and Raghav exchanged engagement vows in a private ceremony held on May 13, finally confirming the long-standing rumours about their relationship. The event, attended by approximately 150 guests, including close family members and people from political and entertainment realms, was celebrated with joy and excitement. The couple took to their Instagram accounts to share the news with their fans, along with the release of their first-ever engagement photographs.
