KARACHI:

A single bench of Justice Omar Sial of the Sindh High Court (SHC) heard the petition pertaining to the cases registered in the province against the PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur. The bench sought details from the Sindh prosecutor general, attorney general and the advocate general.

The petitioner's lawyer Anwar Mansoor advocate stated, "The bail of Ali Amin Gandapur has been approved in the cases registered in Sindh. But we have to come to the High Court for small things. Sindh government and police are not telling us in which case Ali Amin Gandapur has been kept in jail."

Justice Sial, while asking for reasons why Ali Amin has been kept in Sukkur jail, asked the police and home department to explain and tell how many cases have been registered against Gandapur?

The lawyer of the petitioner said that cases were registered against Ali Amin in Sindh and Punjab under the same charge.
