Sporting spirit: Sportswear training institute in works

SIALKOT: Federal Minister for Industries Makhdoom Amin Faheem has approved the early establishment of a sportswear training institute at Sialkot and the building for the Pakistan Readymade Garments Manufacturers and Exporters Association (PRGMEA). Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) president Ghulam Mustafa Chaudhry said that the federal minister approved the project during a meeting of the Board of Administrators of Export Development Fund in Islamabad. The SCCI chief said that the establishment of a sportswear training institute would boost the Sialkot industry by providing it with skilled labour.
