The University of Health Sciences (UHS) has been declared the best educational institute in healthcare by the World Education Congress Asia.
An award was also announced by the congress for UHS Vice Chancellor (VC) Prof Malik Hussain Mubashar for “outstanding contribution to education”. The award, which consists of a memento and a citation, will be presented to the UHS VC in a ceremony next month in Dubai, UAE. The World Education Congress award is presented to top educational institutes and educationists in Asia. UHS and its vice chancellor have been selected from amongst the healthcare educational institutions of Singapore, Malaysia, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Korea, Japan, China, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Oman, UAE and Nepal.
