PARIS: France’s Lucie Decosse lifted her third world title at the Judo World Championships but admitted that it is Olympic disappointment which still drives her. Decosse defeated Edith Bosch of the Netherlands in the under-70kg final with ease. But it is Decosse’s defeat in the Beijing final to long-time rival Ayumi Tanimoto of Japan that still sticks in her throat. “I hadn’t thought much of a third title, it’s good and I’m happy but I think a lot about the Olympics because I’d rather be Olympic champion than three-time world champion,” she said.
