Facebook and Instagram owner Meta is preparing for the next round of layoffs, which are expected to be announced in March.
The company is currently restructuring after reviewing the performance of its staff due to which work at Meta has been slow.
Meta had previously conducted a round of layoffs, reducing 13% of its staff in November. This was the first time in the history of the company to implement massive job cuts.

However, as of now, the scale of layoffs isn't clear yet but Meta has delayed finalising the budgets of multiple teams as it focuses on the job cuts.
Meta has not commented on the news.
